Adsense is the network of the first choice for any publisher whether small or large. Adsense pays for valid ad clicks and impressions that publishers receive on their websites. The revenue for each click a publisher receives varies, depending on many different factors including:

Adsense CPC depends on the following factors:
How competitive is the market? The higher the income, the higher the competition. Example: Insurance CPC is ten times higher than Dating
Where do users come from? Indian consumers are much less likely to buy than US consumers
How many ad networks bid on your inventory? The higher the demand, the higher the CPC/earnings.
Adsense CPC usually ranges from an average of 0.5$ to 2$ at most for normal publishers, some account holders can enjoy up to 50$+ CPC for the highest paying keywords.
